URGENT NOTICE

 

Sub: Intimation regarding COVID Test for appearing for Document Verification and Interview for the post of  Manager(Civil Engineering), Manager(Electrical Mechanical), Manager (General), Manager (Technical), Manager (Depot), Manager (Accounts), Manager(Movement) and Manager (Hindi).

 

Kind attention is drawn towards Notice No.1-9/2019/RPI-Part IV dated 18.11.2020 vide which the schedule for Document Verification and Interview of candidates shortlisted against Advertisement No. 02/2019-FCI Category II has been published. In this regard, considering the Covid-19 pandemic, the candidates appearing for Document Verification and Interview are advised to get themselves tested for Covid19 through RT-PCR Tests and submit a copy of the Test Report at the time of Document Verification and Interview. The candidates having Covid-19 Test Results as Negative will only be allowed to appear for Document Verification and Interview; therefore, candidates having Test Results as Positive are advised not to appear for Document Verification and Interview.

The Covid-19 RT-PCR Test Report should be issued within 3 days prior to date of Document Verification and Interview. The candidates not submitting the Covid-19 RT-PCR Test Report at the time of Document Verification and Interview will not be allowed to appear for Document Verification and Interview.
